Bait & Switch; rude customer service

I purchased tickets for two events on ticketliquidator and the company was not upfront that the tickets were e-tickets; which are often fraudulent because photocopies can be made and if someone else scans the bar code you are shutout of the event and the tickets are worthless. I spent $400 on 2 very important tickets and when I called to complain they said, "sorry there is nothing I can do." I even have the screen shots that show that they never indicated they were e-tickets (on other tickets they do indicate ticket type). They would not even let me speak to a manager. The customer service rep was very rude and keep repeating some irrelevant information about shipping. He would hardly let me speak. Shipping had nothing to do with the issue of the ticket not being a "hard" printed ticket.

I had the same problem with this company. We bought tickets back in December for the Kenny Chesney concert. Paid 465.00 for these two tickets. Only to find out, we couldn't even get in the gate because they were already used. All we have is the receipt, and the fake tickets that they sent us. They told us we have to get a letter from the venue stating we couldn't get in. Really???..... How do I do that, when they left town!!! I'm trying to get my money back through my credit card company now.
