NO 125% Satisfaction here

I purchased 49 tickets through them. Had to do three separate transactions, three separate service fees, and three separate delivery fees. I am not happy and will never use them again!! When I called customer service to talk to them, the guy was rude and didn't even voice a single care. The manager said he would refund us ONE delivery fee ($15) out of the extra $1000 that was spent. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
