NOT HELPFUL/TICKETS ALREADY SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE!/LATE REFUND/UNREASONABLE PRICES! - Eminem&Rihanna tickets 8/7/14
So i purchased 4 tickets to see Eminem and they said the purchase was in place and that i would be receiving the tickets through email later on last night or early morning. Instead i get a call saying that the tickets were sold to someone else, and when i called the costumer service all the lady said was that she didn't know what to do except charge me EXTRA for new tickets and that in 3-7 days id get my refund. She kept on cutting me off. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING ANYTHING FROM TICKETLIQUIDATOR !!! Not to mention i went on stub hub (were i had purchased previous tickets) and there were better tickets for LESS! This was one of the worst experiences i have had buying tickets for events.
